Koa Live is real-time training guidance — not veterinary, medical, or professional behavioral care. Please read this once.
You're responsible for safety. You are solely responsible for your own safety, your dog's, and anyone or any animal nearby during a session. Training involves real physical risk — injury to people, dogs, other animals, or property can happen.
Protect your hearing and stay aware. Keep the volume comfortable, especially with earbuds. Don't train near traffic, stairs, water, or other hazards, and never use Koa Live while driving or operating anything.
Stop if something's wrong. If your dog shows aggression, fear, pain, injury, or distress, end the session immediately and contact your veterinarian or a certified behaviorist. Koa will tell you to do the same, but don't wait on it.
Koa can be wrong. Koa is AI. It can misread the video, miss things, or give imperfect advice. Use your own judgment — you know your dog.
Your camera and audio. During a session your video and audio are streamed live to our AI provider to power the coaching, and your audio is transcribed to create a short text summary of the session. We keep the summary so Koa can remember your progress. We do not store the video, the audio, or the transcript.
Adults only. You must be 18 or older to use Koa Live.
Assumption of risk, release, and limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you use Koa Live at your own risk and assume all risks associated with it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pupgress and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage — direct or indirect — arising from or related to your use of Koa Live, and you release them from all such claims. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Governing law and disputes. Koa Live is governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, consistent with the Pupgress Terms of Service, which apply to Koa Live in full. This does not override mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the laws of your own state or country.
